Saville Assessment’s recent work with technology giants Fujitsu has been shortlisted by The Firm Awards 2020 in both the Best Candidate Experience and Best Supplier Partnership categories.
We worked closely with Fujitsu to create an immersive graduate assessment process and these award nominations recognize our ongoing commitment to provide their candidates with the very best experience possible.
A bespoke Situational Judgment Test and our Swift Executive Aptitude Tests were introduced to their process to not only robustly assess the key behaviors required for a role, but also provide a realistic preview of graduate life at Fujitsu and highlight the far-reaching work that they do world-wide.
