{"id":7036,"date":"2023-09-06T11:53:25","date_gmt":"2023-09-06T09:53:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.savilleconsulting.dk\/?p=7036"},"modified":"2025-11-26T06:25:33","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T05:25:33","slug":"saville-assessment-shortlisted-in-three-categories-at-the-abp-awards-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.savilleconsulting.dk\/en\/saville-assessment-shortlisted-in-three-categories-at-the-abp-awards-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Saville Assessment shortlisted in three categories at the ABP Awards 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Saville Assessment are delighted to be shortlisted for <strong><em>Excellence in Talent Management<\/em><\/strong>, <strong><em>Excellence in Diversity<\/em>, <em>Equity &amp; Inclusion<\/em><\/strong> (D,E&amp;I), and <strong><em>Excellence in Early Career Assessment &amp; Selection <\/em><\/strong>at the 2023 Association for Business Psychology Awards<em>. <\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The nominations recognize our continued commitment to meeting our clients\u2019 ever-changing needs and providing them with exceptional support across the talent cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project with <strong>Ricoh UK<\/strong>, nominated for the <em>Talent Management Award<\/em>, was a great example of working closely with an organization to help uncover hidden talent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They utilized <a href=\"https:\/\/www.savilleassessment.com\/wave-i\/\">Wave-i<\/a> to identify suitable candidates for their Career Development Program. The robustness of this innovative tool moved Ricoh UK away from traditional methodologies that were more prone to bias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can read more about this project in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.savilleassessment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/Leadership-Talent-at-Ricoh-UK-Full-Case-Study-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">full case study<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the <em>Early Career Assessment &amp; Selection<\/em>&nbsp;category, we worked closely with <strong>Jaguar Land Rover<\/strong> to implement a dynamic Situational Judgment Test, combined with our Match 6.5 behavioral screener, to help streamline and enhance their early careers assessment process. This involved them using Wave-i to identify women with leadership potential for their inaugural Women in Leadership Program.
