Our unique Work Roles model uses data from the Wave personality questionnaire to accurately predict an individual’s workplace performance and potential. It features 8 individual Work Roles across 4 behavioral clusters.
We identify an individual’s most and least preferred working styles, and what this means in relation to how they perform in the workplace.

The report can be generated from both the Wave Focus Styles (13 mins) and Wave Professional Styles (35 mins) questionnaires and is available with no accreditation training.
