The Wave Performance 360 Questionnaire

Our dynamic Wave Performance 360 questionnaire takes just 10 minutes to complete and is split into five rater groups which can be adapted to match your organizational requirements. For example, these could be Self, Manager, Peer, Direct Report and Other Stakeholder.

Raters indicate the effectiveness of an individual against critical work areas, with the opportunity to provide narrative commentary to complement numerical ratings.
