Our Technical Aptitude Range are a suite of tests for use in construction, engineering, technical and operational roles.
The Technical Aptitude Range consists of large banks of Spatial Reasoning, Mechanical Reasoning and Diagrammatic Reasoning items. It’s important that content is relevant to the target group, that’s why our tests have been designed to reflect information that is appropriate for these technical roles. This approach ensures that candidates understand the types of questions they may find on the job and therefore provide a more engaging and positive candidate experience.
