Wave Performance 360

Wave Performance 360 online assessment delivers individual feedback in the most powerful way.

Based on the 36 Wave competencies, the Wave Performance 360 report shows how an individual perceives their own performance at work compared to how others perceive them. Useful for leaders or specialists.

Further to this, the report gives different respondents the possibility of free text, where they can provide more concrete feedback based on their evaluation.

The report summarises responses from different raters to the 39-45 questions across a seven-point effectiveness scale. Five rate categories exist: Manager(s), Focus Person, Colleagues, Peers, and Other Stakeholders.

This questionnaire can be used on its own or in conjunction with the Wave® Styles Questionnaire. The combination can help the focus person understand and gain insights into the differences between how they perceive themselves and how others perceive them. Where is there agreement? And where is the discrepancy? This knowledge gives the person an opportunity to engage in critical areas and to exploit unfulfilled potential.

Further to above, a development report can be generated based on a completion of Wave Performance 360.
