Saville Assessment are delighted to be named winners of Excellence in Early Career Assessment and Selection for their work with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) at the 2023 Association for Business Psychology Awards.
We worked closely with JLR to implement a dynamic Situational Judgment Test, combined with our Match 6.5 behavioral screener, to help streamline and significantly enhance their early careers assessment process.
